Our story dates back to 2018, when my first van to camper van conversion came to life in California. In January 2017, I set off on a hitchhiking journey around the world with a friend. Eastern Europe, Central Asia, North America, and Central America became my adventurous playground, a school of life, and a source of many new, valuable skills. The entire trip took me 2.5 years, and halfway through, together with my almost-brother-like companion Tomek, we decided to invest our hard-earned money from a corn farm in an old, forgotten Ford E350 Econoline to speed up our travels. At that time, building a campervan was just part of the adventure for me, and I had no idea that this very Ford would plant the seed of passion that became the foundation of KAMPR, established in 2020. Today, every camper van conversion we undertake is much more complex, refined, and advanced, yet the love and passion for van life, camper vans and camping have never waned and remain our driving force.
