Let’s start by getting to know each other. To build the right campervan for you, we want to understand your lifestyle, passions, and what drew you to vanlife in the first place. How do you spend your weekends? What kind of adventures make you feel alive? The more we know, the better we can shape a van that feels truly yours.
We’ll walk you through our base spec, share how the process works, and help you turn your ideas into a home on wheels.
Book your slot
Once we’ve agreed on the initial spec and our vision aligns with your expectations, it’s time to book your spot in the queue. To do that, we’ll ask for a booking fee — you’ll receive a invoice for 10% of the base project estimate. This amount will be credited toward your first deposit later on.
Design
We start by designing a campervan that reflects your needs, ideas, and inspiration.
Our goal is to create a build that fits your lifestyle perfectly, so we take the time to get the details right.
First, we do a 3D scan of your vehicle. Then, we move on to the design stage. The full process — including any tweaks or revisions — can take up to 21 days.
Step by step
Once the design is approved, we get to work. At this stage, we issue an invoice for 50% of the project value to cover the materials needed for your build.
The full campervan conversion takes around 8 to 12 weeks. We start by preparing the base van, add insulation, install windows, systems, and equipment. The final stage is all about custom furniture and interior finishing — so everything feels just right.
Milestones
While we work on your campervan, we document everything with photos and create full installation diagrams. After each stage, we invite you over for a coffee — so you can check the progress and share any new ideas that come up along the way. At the halfway point and upon completion, we issue VAT invoices for 20% of the total conversion value.
Grand finale
It’s time to wrap up the project — your campervan is ready for pickup!
During the handover, we’ll walk you through how everything works, give you a user manual, and share tips on how to take care of your van so it stays adventure-ready for years to come.
Specs
Our base campervan conversion starts at PLN 149,900 net. This campervan is designed for two travelers and is perfect for autumn, summer, and spring trips. The front living area of campervan features swivel seats, a dining bench seat without seatbelts, a comfortable double bed at the rear of the vehicle, and a centrally located kitchen and shower for optimal use of space.
