General rental rules

Absolutely no smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.For breaking the ban, there are high penalties and the obligation to incur costs related to additional cleaning, repair of damage and delay in handing over the vehicle to the next tenant. 

Drivers

To be able to drive camper vehicles, you must be at least 25 years old, have a category B driving license for at least 3 years and be indicated in the vehicle rental agreement or vehicle handover report. The driver must remain under the constant supervision of the tenant. 

Vehicle rental agreement 

To sign the contract, the presence of a person who is over 25 years old, a valid category B driving license for at least 3 years and an ID card are required. 

Reservation and cancellation

In order for the reservation to be binding, an advance payment of 20% of the total rental price must be made no later than 2 working days from the date of booking. You have the right to cancel the reservation, which is specified in detail in point 3 of the rental regulations.

Deposit

The deposit is PLN 3,000 and must be paid at the latest on the day of handing over the vehicle and is returned within 7 working days from the date of return of the vehicle. If the deposit is not paid on time, the release of the vehicle will be delayed. 

Exceptional and unforeseen situations 

KAMPR vehicles are new, exceptionally well-maintained. Technical inspections are systematically carried out to make sure that the motorhomes will meet your expectations and will be ready for the trip on the date provided in the booking. Breakdown, accident, force majeure and situations beyond my control may cause the car not to be available on the indicated date. Depending on availability, in such a situation I will offer a replacement vehicle or ask you to delay your booking for the time necessary to prepare the vehicle. In exceptional situations, it may turn out that I will not be able to provide you with a vehicle and renting a motorhome will be impossible.
